"One of several books I read over the summer was The Girl Who Chased the Moon by Sarah Addison Allen. This is her third (the other 2 were great, too) book and just like her other two it reeked with southern charm, magical phenomena and palatable pleasures. The main character Emily Benedict returns to the home of her dead mother to live with her grandfather, who happens to be a giant, and begins an unraveling tale of why her mother left the small town of Mullaby, North Carolina, and never spoke of it to anyone, not even her daughter. By the end of the story everyone is brought together and realizes they have everything they need. The characters are wonderful and the unraveling mystery is compelling."- T. Rigole
